I’m your hostess, Katie McClain. I coach parents, teachers and kids. I help you create a happier life with a lot less stress. When my son was little, I was pretty stressed out. I worried whether I was doing the right things as his mom. Along the way I learned many tools that helped me personally and in my parenting. I modified the tools and taught them to my son. He uses the tools often and comes to me for coaching when he is stuck on an issue. It has been a huge relief to me to know that he has what he needs to cope with stress, friends, homework and all the other worries of the average pre-teen and teen. I’d love to teach you these tools to help with your worries for your kids and also show you that you can teach your kids just like I did. If you prefer, I can teach the tools to your kids. My tools are fun, silly, simple and extremely effective. They’re great for kids and adults!
