You may feel something is wrong, when it isn’t – and we’ll get to the bottom of that. Or you may have experienced things that were highly stressful in your life. The answer varies for each individual. Consistency is really the key with this work. That may mean weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions on a consistent basis over time. Generally, 8-10 sessions are needed to get you on the road to feeling better and some clients need more time that that. Some clients continue to work with me for years.

I’m a certified life coach and have been coaching for more than 25 years. I’ve studied many healing modalities and am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, which is the foundational healing modality I use in my practice. I also use TIST-Parts Work, SE / Co-Regulating Touch and the Safe and Sound Protocol. I’ve studied pre and perinatal healing and work with many clients who have very early trauma and/or experienced highly stressful childhoods. My approach is to gently support clients in feeling and doing better. Depending on what you need support with, I may suggest that you also work with a psychologist or psychotherapist. At times, in the work I do with clients, things arise and I may suggest that we build a team of other practitioners to support your healing.
